WYNR Tri Camp

Join WYNR North-West regional captain, Andrew Theron and your WYNR team mates in Oregon.
Friday July 12th
4PM Meet up, shoe demo presented by WYNR partner On Running, and easy - 45’ run along Deschutes River Trail
5PM Introduction to camp and Q&A (following run)
6PM Dinner and drinks (location to be announced)
Saturday July 13th
7AM Long bike 60-80 miles from Tumalo to Sister and McKenzie Pass (shorter options
available)
10/11AM Optional run off the bike 4-6 miles
6PM Strength session with Mandon Welch
7PM Evening team group dinner (location to be announced)
Sunday July 14th
7AM River Open Water Swim 30-45 minutes (bring wetsuit) presented by Zealios
8AM Trail Run (groups running 45 to 90 minutes)
11AM – 2PM one-hour massages slots on offer (not covered by camp fees)
3PM Optional Afternoon activity - River tubing/float
7PM Casual Dinner (location to be announced)
Monday July 15th
7AM Lap Swim - Juniper Aquatics Center
10AM Coffee ride 90 min - Skyliner (close to town)
5PM Team dinner and awards (Team House)
Tuesday July 16th
AM: CAMP ENDS. DEPART BEND.
*Some WYNR's may consider staying additional days before heading to Oregon 70.3 in Salem (this is not an official part of the camp).

NOT included in camp costs
- Accommodation. All campers will be responsible for their own accommodation. Recommendations can be made to suit budget.
- Transportation. There is no transportation provided to/from events or airport. We recommend a rental car or connecting with other campers via the team Facebook page to organize transportation.
- Food. Camp fees do not include food or alcohol with the exception of nutritional support during training session courtesy of our partners.
- A discounted WYN republic LTD edition camp jersey will be an optional (not compulsory add on (we will follow up with campers at a later date to order these if you wish)
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:
- Refunds are only available up until 30 days prior to the camp.
- All members attending the camp must sign a liability waiver prior to the event.
- There is limited availability for this camp. If the camp sells out we will create a waiting list on a first come first served basis.
